  • Using intercept studies, card sorting, prototype evaluations, and one-on-one interviews, released an update to Motorola‚Äôs flagship application on Moto X4 devices that elevated the user experience through new features
  • Shared research findings and participated in strategic discussions with key work partners and decision makers to ensure findings were applied to product development
  • Collaborated with global, cross-functional teams in LATAM and APAC to support user research needs and conduct iterative research to shape and refine a new mobile experience
