I am a product design researcher at Trunk Club. I work with a talented group of designers, product managers, engineers, and stylists to help shape experience for Trunk Club customers. I am excited to be fostering and formalizing a culture of product design research at Trunk Club.
I was a design researcher in the Consumer Experience Design group at Motorola Mobility where I worked cross-functionally to conduct user research on Motorola’s mobile devices.
I received my PhD in Biomedical and Health Informatics, with a concentration in human computer interaction (2015) from the University of Washington. I was advised by Wanda Pratt. During my PhD, I did an intership at Microsoft Research with Kori Inkpen. After my PhD, I was a postdoctoral fellow at Indiana University where I worked with Katie Siek. I have an MS in Information and Computer Sciences (2011) and BS in Informatics (2009) from the University of California, Irvine, where I was advised by Gillian Hayes.
